OUR STORY
In 2020, two professionals faced transformative Choice Points that would reshape performance coaching forever.
In England, Dr. Jonathan Rhodes stood at a critical crossroads with his groundbreaking Functional Imagery Training (FIT) research. He could remain in academic safety or risk everything to unleash its potential worldwide. Simultaneously, in Miami, cognitive therapist Joanna Grover, the first person trained in FIT in the US, received an unexpected invitation from Jonathan to team up– another Choice Point that would determine her professional trajectory.
Choosing courage, they merged their expertise to write a book and create Imagery Coaching. Their mission: help individuals and teams navigate performance through a unique MAP approach – Measure, Activation, and Performance. By transforming Choice Points into opportunities.
From startups to multinational corporations, Imagery Coaching has trained professionals globally, demonstrating that breakthrough success emerges from the willingness to make bold decisions at critical moments. Their story proves that life's most significant transformations often begin with a single courageous choice to pursue big goals against all odds.
