We have three tiers of coaching designed to match your budget. If you’re unsure where to start, we also offer a Motivational Style Assessment, allowing you to discover your unique motivational style and better understand yourself with our personalized assessment.

Step 3: Schedule Your Virtual Sessions

Meet weekly with your personal Imagery Coach for six to eight weeks.

Session 1 is about understanding your values and setting goals that align with your values. Sessions 2-6 build on that vision and teach you concrete skills you can apply daily. Your coach will be your guide and your support, offering notes, homework, and personalized strategies to help you manage your choice points.

Step 4: You’re on your way to achieving your goals and dreams!
