Let us help you understand the next steps.
Step 1: find out if you are ready to commit to change
Complete our Readiness Check, it only takes a couple of minutes. This quick assessment helps determine if you’re ready to invest the time, energy, and resources needed to pursue your goals and dreams. If the results indicate you’re not quite ready, don’t worry; we’ll provide you with resources and activities to help you prepare for the Imagery Coaching journey.
Step 2: Schedule a Call
If you pass the Readiness Check we invite you to schedule a call with a member of our team to discuss your goals.
Step 3: measure your motivators & Imagery
Discover your unique unconscious motivators and how to maximize your best-self, and minimize shadow behavior. Measure your natural imagery ability and get ready to train your brain.
step 4: activate imagery with your coach
Learn how to use the power of imagery - ground breaking research shows this to be 4x more effective than visualization.
Step 5: perform and Achieve
Reach new levels of performance with our Choice Point playbook.
take the readiness check
Readiness for change is not static, it often fluctuates based on life’s priorities and demands. This continuum is designed to help you assess your current state by evaluating three key areas: Importance, Confidence, and Readiness. Each part asks you to rate yourself on a continuum from 1 to 10. Your total score will provide insight into your overall alignment with your goal and whether you’re ready to begin coaching or if further preparation may be beneficial.
“The Choice Point can help everyone overcome their limiting beliefs and climb their personal Everest - I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to strengthen their most important muscle: their mind.”
