Stratus CEO Charlie Alvarez

A first time CEO with less than 60-days in his position, Charlie found himself leading a stressed health care company during a global epidemic.  The first few imagery sessions focused on his golf game. He was then coached over the course of a year to refine his imagery and leadership skills so he could turn vision into action.
